Jumping is an important self-regulation tool for me, so I use this for probably 45 to 60 mins a day in 5 to 10-minute bursts. It's great. I love that it's quiet and very sturdy. My kids also highly enjoy jumping on it too. I chose not to install the handle bar to make it easier to stand up and tuck away.
